Serendipity Workshops
Morning Flow Session
08.45 - 09.15 Saturday
Welcome to our morning flow class. A space where movement becomes meditation and every step draws you into a deeper connection with your body, your breath and FCBD.
This isn’t about technique or performance. It’s about preparing yourself for the day through compassion and connection.
Here we ground ourselves in the foundations of FCBD slowly stretching our bodies and calming our minds. As you move you’ll be encouraged to listen to your own body’s cues, to the vibrations of the music and the subtle energy shared within the room.
We will use Carolina Nerreccio’s original music and rhythms not as a backdrop but as a co-creator in your journey.
You are invited to dance from a place of authenticity to yourself rather than expectation……let this be your invitation to drop in, let go and dance your way home to the present moment, invigorating you for a full day of workshops
